We have a Board of Trustees who take an active part in the running of the organistaion.
The board is made up from:
Chair
Secretary
Treasurer
Ward councillors
Former service users
Plus people who have a genuine interest in homelessness and who can contribute to the work of the organisation

The board meets twice a quarter, on a wednesday evening, with meetings starting at 7pm, and lasting up to 90 minutes
