Housing Support Worker.
Duties.
Support Service Users by drawing up and implementing development plans. Keeping and maintaining relevant records and files Record & Maintain Service User Files. Liaise and work with Outside Agencies. Assess Referrals & Interview Potential Service Users. Delivering Group Work & Activities. Office Duties. Life Skills Development. Report Repairs. Clean Rooms/Flats. Move-in & Out Service Users. Carryout Small Repairs. Ensuring Service Users abide by the terms and conditions of their accommodation agreement. Work within and ensure adherence to the organisation’s Policies and Procedures. Maintaining up to date information in relation to rent arrears
Hours of work: 35 hours per week including some evening work undertaking sleep in duties (for which an allowance will be paid) and working weekends
Night Support Worker.

Interact with Service Users. Fire Safety Checks. Health & Safety Checks. Enforce House Rules. Liaise & Observation with Day
Hours of work: 12 hour shifts. 9.30 p.m. to 9.30 a.m, nights, 9.30 a.m. to 9.30 weekend days.
